When to Change Up your "Diet" (aka Macro Nutrition) Plan
Regardless of where you’re at on your wellness journey, you may find yourself needing to switch up your diet or, more specifically, your macro plan. A macro diet is not a one-and-done deal that you stick to for a short period and throw away once you’ve reached your weight goals.
Rather, it’s a lifestyle-oriented plan that involves changing and forming new nutritional habits for the long term. Those habits need to be adaptable regardless of your current goal (ex. weight loss, building muscle, etc.).
Listen in as I discuss the three macronutrients, how to figure out the best ratio for your unique plan, and how to track what you’re eating without the pressure of feeling that you need to restrict yourself.
