[RECIPE]: Pumpkin Banana Blender Muffins

It's Fall, which means my favorite foods come out and I decide to BAKE! That's rare, so let's run with it. Pumpkin Blender Muffins are the jam.

What goes better with Pumpkin and Bananas? A blender, of course!! Ok, these are Blender Muffins and you HAVE to make them! Literally the EASIEST baking you'll ever do!

Before I share the recipe, I do have to give credit to my friend and hair stylist - Ashley Alhadeff, as she introduced the "blender muffin" game to me! I, of course, in my true fashion, decided to add a few things to make it my own.

Best part....

?  Gluten

?  Junk Pumpkin Blender Muffins

?  Soy

?  Fake stuff

HERE'S YOUR INGREDIENTS:

2 ripe bananas 1/2 cup pureed Pumpkin 2 eggs 1 cup nut butter (I use Almond) 3 tbsp raw honey or Pure Maple Syrup 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla Pinch of Himalayan Salt Cinnamon Cacao nibs (optional)

WHAT TO DO WITH THE INGREDIENTS:

Preheat oven to 350*. Blend until batter-like. Grease the heck out of muffin cups with coconut oil or use those muffin sleeve thingy's. Pour in muffin cups and bake 8-10 mins, or until moist.

Be careful you don't OVER or UNDER cook them, as they can dry out or be left too gooey. I like gooey for my Toddler and new-to-solids baby!

I'd love to know if you make them and share how yours turned out! Comment below!

Don't forget to come by and say hi on my Facebook or Instagram!
