Tabata Arms & Abs

I love Tabata workouts, as they usually require little to NO equipment, little space and they are quick and effective!

I put this Tabata Arms & Tabata Ab workout together for my group fitness Challengers, as a BONUS workout to our programmed workouts.

WHAT IS TABATA?

It is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) type of workout, that lasts for 4 minutes (per round). Quite simply, it's 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 rounds.

Yes, I put myself in time out. Sometimes, this Mom of 4, needs a time out. Just like the 4 of my kids need a time out (not the kind in the corner, but the "step away from the situation" kind.

To be honest, the last few days, I've wanted to lose my shit with my kids! It may seem picture perfect through my videos and photos, but truth my told, working from home, raising 2 school aged kids, toddler and crawling (and squawky) baby, is DAMN HARD! [RECIPE] Paleo-Friendly Sweet Potato Shepard's Pie

Fall is in the air, so it was time to bust out my favorite Fall recipe - Paleo-Friendly Sweet Potato Shepard's Pie.

The good news for any "dieter" - it's Paleo-friendly, gluten-free, Dairy free & Soy free.
