How to beat the Belly Bloat

I get it, the Summer is here, we are vacationing, less rigid on schedules, maybe more stressed, BBQ's, the list goes on. ?

The bloat that comes with all of that, can be annoying. ⁣ But, honestly, who gives AF if you do. Hopefully you enjoyed your backyard BBQ, Summer festivities or relaxing at your beach vacation. With any luck, you made BETTER choices this year, than last year, so baby steps, eh?? ⁣

⁣⁣⁣And don’t listen to those that say “don’t eat this or that” so you skip the bloat - eat the damn cake - as long as it’s worth it! And it’s a slice…not 1/2 the cake! ?

⁣⁣But for real, bloat comes with just about anything - travel, PMS, stress, salty food (USUAL SUSPECT), lack of water, sleeps off or the sky is blue! Seriously….it’s stupid.⁣

⁣Here’s a quick ninja trick to beat the bloat, if so:⁣

⁣⁣Yup, oldest trick in the book! Slice them up, add them to your water and get your hydration on! You can even throw them in your bag if you are traveling! ⁣

⁣⁣Why lemons do the trick? ⁣

⁣⁣The acidity in the lemons are similar to your stomach acid, so can help with bloating and indigestion. Will actually get your ? moving too! #pooptalk

Side bonus, lemons are an excellent source of Vitamin C!
